Nathalie Boyer - France

General Delegate of ORÉE and Chevalier of the National Order of the Legion of Honor, Nathalie has been appointed Ambassador for Circular Economy by the French Ministry of Ecological and Solidary transition, within the frame of the roadmap for Circular Economy (FREC).
Engineer in Agronomy, she elaborates and manages, technically and financially, projects for ministries, companies and other institutions. She’s therefore solicited for consultations and public hearings. (Parliament – Senate – Ministries – Regions…). Nathalie is Board member of various organizations (Institut National de l’Économie Circulaire, Décider Ensemble...), member of many Commissions such as the National CSR platform reporting to the Prime Minister, as well as the National Council of Circular Economy, boards of social mission companies and other stakes-holders parties of listed companies.

Hervé Pourcines - France

Founder and CEO of Wakapou
Wakapou is a Beninese company which produces shea butter, 100% organic and churned, in partnership with a union of cooperatives of 1200 women farmers. Its butters participate in the preservation of wild fauna and reforestation, allowing thousands of women to improve their working and living conditions.
Hervé has more than 25 years of experience in the creation and management of companies in the USA, Asia, Middle East and Africa. Board Member, President and General Manager of various private and listed companies, Hervé has acquired a recognized competence in the creation and development of performing organizations, provided with an efficient governance and strong capacity to respond to clients needs.
Hervé has an MBA from The American University and completed the General Management Program of Harvard University.
Anada Tiega - Niger

Born in Niger (West Africa), started his career as a forester, having earned university degrees in
Agriculture, Forestry, Wildlife Management, and Watershed Management. Has been deeply involved in
working on Biodiversity , Climate Change issues, and Water resources Management at national level
(Former Director of Wildlife and Fisheries in Niger), at regional level (Regional Coordinator for IUCN in
West Africa) and global level (Secretary General of the Ramsar Convention on Wetlands). Over the last
five years, working for the West Africa Biodiversity and Climate Change (WA BiCC), a USAID-funded
Program, as Resilience and Adaptation Specialist, he coordinated and supervised all activities under
Component 2 of the Program, including support to national and regional policies/strategies and
legislative framework as well as site-based activities on coastal landscapes in Sierra Leone and Cote
d’Ivoire, with a focus on ecosystem-based adaptation.
He also supervised two assessments of Vulnerability of People and Ecosystems to Climate Change and
provided technical support for formulation and implementation of local development plans (communal and district level). He applied participatory approaches to support local communities and integrate local development plans into national strategies and programs in West African countries.

Former Group Vice President at ENGIE (Tractebel & SUEZ) and Founder of Novante, a spin-out of Engie, in 2015.
Specialized in the countertrade and offset management (ESSEC), introducing the concept of social offset, or economic enhancement, Jacques developed a benchmarking experience, helping clients to integrate their societal challenges in a constructive and profitable way.
Novante is at the heart of a broad coalition, supporting UN Habitat’s SDG roll-out and the creation of its new endowment fund Sustainable Human Settlements Foundation.
